A Modernist iron-and-glass market hall built between 1895 and 1903 by architect Félix Navarro Pérez, a national historic monument that reopened in 2020 after a careful two-year restoration. Around seventy-four stalls sell meat, fish, cheese, cured meats and produce, and four gastronomic spaces now let you eat what the market sells. It sits beside the Roman walls at the edge of the old town — food, architecture and history in one hall.
