The view sweeps from the Telefonica building to the Metropolis dome, across terracotta rooftops, and on clear days to the Guadarrama mountains. The team treats the terrace as a proper bar: seasonal menus, house-made syrups, Spanish gin-tonics in copa glasses, attention to ice and dilution. The drinks would be good without the view.
