The former Camden Town Hall Annexe of 1974, its Brutalist concrete frame retained in a conversion by Orms that added three storeys and an external red pill-shaped glass lift. Four distinct drinking rooms: the ground-floor Library Lounge in the old council library, Double Standard with its heated terraces, Sweeties on the tenth floor, and a seasonal eleventh-floor rooftop looking across to St Paul's. Winner of RIBA London and National Awards in 2021.
