Denmark's only three-Michelin-star restaurant and regularly in the top 5 of the World's 50 Best. The Fælledparken location on the 8th floor of the national football stadium sounds odd but the view is genuinely spectacular. All-vegetable tasting menu since 2022 — not a constraint but the point.
