A café-cantante from 1920 in the heart of El Tubo, rescued and re-imagined by film director Bigas Luna — by day a handsome old café, by night a variety cabaret where vedettes, humour and song carry on a Zaragoza tradition a century old. One of the last places in Spain where this kind of popular cabaret survives, and a genuinely different night out between the tapas lanes.

A drink with the evening show — the cabaret is the order. Daytime, a coffee in the century-old room works too.
Show nights, from the late session onward; check the programme. Afternoons for the quiet café version.
A 1920 café-cantante revived by Bigas Luna, still running variety cabaret in El Tubo. Shows are in Spanish, but the form carries — book the show session rather than dropping in.
