Operating since 1963 in the old fishermen's quarter near Sant Sebastià beach, La Nansa — named for the traditional local fishing trap — is a Slow Food member built on Garraf-region produce and the traditional seafood cooking of Sitges. Its arròs (rice) dishes and fresh shellfish are the heart of the menu, and the homemade desserts and market-driven weekly specials round out one of the town's most respected kitchens.
