Triana Bridge (Puente de Isabel II)

The 19th-century iron Triana Bridge — officially the Puente de Isabel II — linking the Triana district to central Seville across the Guadalquivir, the oldest surviving iron bridge in the city. Modeled on a Parisian design, it frames some of Seville's best riverside sunsets, and the Triana side rewards a wander among ceramic shops, tapas bars, and the old potters' quarter. For visitors, it's both a graceful piece of industrial-age engineering and a gateway to one of the city's most characterful neighborhoods — best crossed on foot toward evening, when the low light turns the river and the tiled facades golden.
