The team behind the late, lamented Bon Lío found a new home in Frogner — a more relaxed format with the same quality instincts, in an intimate, moody room (the old Snadder og Vin space, beautifully reimagined). Pick a single course or build a multi-course meal; the flexibility is the concept, and whatever seafood is on shows the Bon Lío pedigree. Come in the evening for the romantic atmosphere. It is a welcome second act for a beloved kitchen — looser and more accessible than its predecessor but carrying the same talent, in a Frogner room made for lingering.
