A dark rock-and-punk bar on Decatur with strong pours and late-night DJs — emphatically not a craft-cocktail lounge, so order a cheap whiskey and read the room correctly. The later and louder it gets, the better it works: the DJs spin into the night, the interior stays pitch-dark, and the people-watching is some of the best in the Quarter. It sits right next to The Abbey, which makes the two a natural divey double-header for a night that has no intention of ending early.
