Brunch through lunch: the smørrebrød selection, whatever's seasonal from Danish producers. Dinner: the fish of the day is usually excellent. The Standard is also home to a jazz club — coordinate accordingly.

The Standard hotel is also home to Noma alumnus restaurant Clou and a jazz club — the entire building is worth an evening. Almanak is the most accessible of the three for casual dining. The harbour location between Indre By and Christianshavn is one of Copenhagen's best.
