Start with oysters, take the razor clams if they have them, and let the kitchen guide you on the fish. It's walk-in only, so arrive at 6pm or after 9:30pm to snag a seat at the small communal tables. It is the relaxed face of the Septime universe — the same obsessive sourcing applied to seafood, served without the reservation scramble of its famous neighbour. The catch dictates the menu, the natural wine is superb, and the no-booking format is the only real obstacle. Time it right and eat brilliantly.
