An English-inspired neighbourhood restaurant on Jens Bjelkes gate that runs on two clocks: a set menu and small plates from seasonal Norwegian produce in the evening, and a sourdough bakery and café by day, sharing its room with the Hibi Kaffe roastery. The old wine-bar corner became the bakery in early 2025. It has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2024 and kept it in the 2026 guide — the value-for-quality award, which is exactly what the place is.

The Sunday roast — a weekly-changing joint with roast potatoes, vegetables and gravy, served early afternoon. On other nights, the fried cod and the beetroot with feta and smoked butter are the dishes reviewers name.
Sunday mid-afternoon for the roast (served 15:00–17:30). Dinner runs Wednesday to Saturday; the bakery is the daytime way in from Wednesday to Sunday.
