Chef Melissa Araujo's Honduran flagship in Mid-City — a 2024/2025 James Beard semifinalist serving brunch you will not find anywhere else in the city. The baleadas, Honduran stuffed tortillas, are the signature, and the oyster bar added at the February 2025 Mid-City location turns out excellent chargrilled oysters, with dollar oysters at happy hour. Brunch runs daily, 8am to 3pm. It is specific, personal cooking from a chef on a national radar, rooted in flavors that are genuinely rare in New Orleans.
