A cocktail bar in a converted Victorian public toilet in Kentish Town — tiny, subterranean, and proudly offbeat, with room for maybe twenty people at a stretch. The novelty is the hook, but the drinks are genuinely good: the menu changes regularly and the small bar means the bartenders will guide you to the right one. Come early evening, before it fills, because the space simply cannot absorb a crowd. It is the sort of London oddity that could only exist here — a former loo turned into a serious, charming little drinking den.
