The view is panoramic in the way that Beyoglu rooftops tend to be: a jumble of minarets, apartment blocks, satellite dishes, and water, arranged without order and beautiful because of it. The cocktails are decent without being memorable, the beer is cold, and the crowd skews young, local, and unbothered by the fact that the furniture does not match.
