The oldest cocktail bar in Barcelona, pouring since 1933 — founded by Miguel Boadas, who learned his trade at Havana's Floridita before bringing the throw and the white jacket to this wedge-shaped room off the top of La Rambla. Nothing has needed to change: bartenders in formal whites, a daily cocktail chalked up, martinis and daiquiris thrown between mixing glasses in long silver arcs. A living museum that still makes one of the best drinks in the city.
