A 1928 modernista jewel on Carrer del Carme, restored with unusual respect: the curved wooden bar, etched glass and marble basin survived intact, and the room now runs vermouths, cocktails and Catalan plates beneath them. It threads the needle the Raval rarely manages — genuinely old, carefully kept, and still a working neighbourhood bar rather than a museum of one.
