Gràcia's bodega as it always was: barrels, tiles, vermouth on tap and conservas passed over a marble counter that has not needed updating in decades. Not to be confused with Quimet y Quimet in Poble Sec — this is the neighbourhood's own Sunday-vermut room, where the ritual runs on local time and a plate of anchovies with chips still counts as the correct order. The old Gràcia survives in rooms like this one.
