Beach bars are supposed to be casual throwaway affairs, but La Más Bonita took a different path. This is the chiringuito reimagined through the lens of someone who actually cares about design and wine selection. String lights, low tables in the sand, natural wine by the glass, and the Mediterranean doing its glittering thing thirty meters away. The crowd is young, attractive, and speaking four languages — part locals who moved to Cabanyal for exactly this vibe, part travelers who found it on some very good list.

Whatever natural wine they're pouring that week — the selection changes and it's always interesting. Small plates are surprisingly accomplished for a beach bar. The gin tonics arrive properly composed in Copa glasses.
Golden hour, obviously. Arrive around 7pm to claim a table in the sand before sunset. Summer weekends require strategic timing or low expectations.
Reservations exist but aren't always honored in the sand section — first come prevails. Bring a light jacket for evening breezes. It's a 15-minute walk from Cabanyal metro or take a bike through the Turia gardens.
