Tucked into a tiny plaza just off Plaza del Salvador, this pocket-sized bodega pours excellent sherry and serves simple tapas to a mix of locals and lucky tourists who stumble upon it. The decor is minimal—barrels, bottles, and not much else—and the service is friendly without being fussy. It's a solid fallback when the more famous spots are packed, and it often ends up being the best part of the day.
